Dei-Zinz’ goal is to delight our customers by providing superior artificial plant VALUE through crafting products with preeminent creative style to create those "just perfect" artificial trees, plants and flower arrangements to complement and enhance your interior spaces. A Brief History
While we have been operating as Dei-Zinz’ since 1994, our history in the floral and tropical foliage industry goes back to the 1970’s when we opened our first live plant nursery, landscaping and floral shop. The experience gained there provided a tremendous foundation upon which we built Dei-Zinz’ into Arizona’s leading provider of quality, handmade artificial botanicals. From 1985 to 1994 we operated as a wholesale supplier to national commercial accounts including major grocery chains and a number of "big box" stores. Today we are proud to list among our loyal customers numerous (single and multi-family) residences, commercial offices, city buildings, automobile dealerships and restaurants throughout the valley. We have, additionally, delivered custom-fabricated artificial trees to a daycare chain from Nevada to Virginia and shipped to designers for installations from Hawaii to Florida. Most recently, we have added rental items to our inventory and have branched into fresh flower wedding and event services under the name Dei-ZinzFreshStudio.
Our Products
Dei-Zinz’ flagship is handcrafted silk trees – we build over 30 varieties up to 16-feet tall, on natural wood or custom-fabricated faux trunks. This is not an assembly-line operation and, because of characteristics Mother Nature builds into the wood, each tree is unique. The end product is a distinctive tree that may be shaped to perfectly fit the confines and contours of any space.
Complementary to our handcrafted silk trees, we also design and construct exclusive cactus and succulent gardens and silk floral arrangements in styles ranging from Southwest, traditional, tropical, Tuscan and Asian, to cutting-edge contemporary and all styles in between.
We also offer a line of standard, pre-made artificial plants and trees similar to our handcrafted products. These items are typically imported either fully or partially assembled and, though they are a bit more common, are excellent choices for cost-effective decorating solutions.
Of course our product offering would not be complete without accessories and accents. In addition to pottery, vases, urns, sconces, wall hangings and other accessory décor, we are especially pleased to showcase original art by several local talents.

About Our Owner
Brenda was born to bring you the most realistic artificial botanicals imaginable. Growing up in the Big Thicket region of East Texas cultivated in her an innate appreciation for the beauty of nature. After graduating from Shelton’s School of Floral Design in Houston, she and her husband operated nursery, landscaping and floral businesses in the Houston area where she expanded her knowledge of tropical/indoor plants and fresh flower design. On moving to Arizona Brenda realized that the dry climate made maintaining live indoor plants extremely difficult. This encouraged her to apply her knowledge and talents to creating permanent botanicals that would provide a natural appearance, free of maintenance concerns. She has definitely accomplished that. Her eye for realism, her attention to detail and a passion for quality are apparent in each of Dei-Zinz’ creations. She is proud of the reputation that the Dei-Zinz team has built as a leading provider of quality permanent botanicals. The numerous awards and acclaims, though, are not what motivate Brenda and her team; the trust and friendship that come from their numerous, delighted customers are their true awards.
Working closely with Brenda in this family-owned business, daughter, Deidre, manages the fresh flower portion of the company. Deidre has helped develop and grow the business since 1990 and is an Arizona Certified Master Florist.
