Payment & Order Processing

For your convenience, we accept payment through the major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  If you prefer, credit card payment through PayPal is available, as well.  Check and Money Order payments are also accepted, but must be received and verified before we begin processing the order for production.  Check payments must clear your bank prior to assembly of the order, possibly extending delivery time of the product.  Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment for the order.  Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day.

Shipping & Handling

We will begin manufacturing your items once Dei-Zinz’ receives your order and confirmation of payment.  Most items will be completed and ready to ship within 3-5 business days, but larger trees can take longer.  Once your order is complete, for items shipped via UPS or FedEx to the lower 48 states, it will be delivered within approximately 3-7 (additional) business days.  We ship each product to you as soon as it is completed and make every effort to assure you'll have your order as soon as possible.  Smaller products meeting the criteria for ground shipping are shipped via UPS or Federal Express.  Oversized items will be shipped via freight carriers, the specific, best-method carrier determined at the time of shipment.  

Freight deliveries require a contact name and phone number for the delivery location. Please remember to inform us if delivery is being made to a business address, defined as having a public storefront or public business location.

If for any reason we determine that fabrication time will exceed 3 weeks we will notify you using the contact information you provide with your order. We hope that you will allow us to proceed with the order but, if you choose to cancel the order, we will issue a full refund.

We are not able to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. We ship Monday thru Friday except on national holidays.

Shipping is FREE to all states except Alaska and Hawaii.  Free Shipping status is indicated in the item description. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be quoted prior to completion of order.

Shipments to Canada typically incur charges for import document preparation.  Import duties and foreign taxes are the responsibility of the (international) purchaser.

Order Tracking

Once the tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Damage Notification Policy

If your item is damaged during shipping, if possible inform the carrier of the damage and note the damage on your receiving documents. If damaged items are delivered without signature requirements, please document the damage via photograph and send it to Dei-Zinz’ at deizinz@qwestoffice.net. Please note that damage returns are accepted only if we are notified of the damage by email or phone within 3 days from the delivery date and we have authorized the return. After authorization of the damaged items and issuing you a return merchandise authorization number, “RMA”, we will issue a pickup or “call tag” by the same shipper that delivered the product. The “RMA” must be clearly marked on the return box. After receiving and inspecting the returned damaged item we will replace the damaged item within our normal shipping time. If the shipper has difficulty in picking up the damaged item from you or if there are delays beyond 5 business days for the shipper to pick up the damaged item the authorization to return the item will then be cancelled. The damaged item may not be returned; the order will stand as a valid order with no damage claim and no replacement will be shipped. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping when items are returned for reasons other than damage or defect.

Sales Tax

Dei-Zinz’ collects and remits sales taxes as required by law on purchases made thru our Online Store. Sales tax is collected in the state of Arizona at the currently applicable tax rate. Taxes are calculated in real-time during checkout and in the shopping cart or wish list.

Returns Policy

At Dei-Zinz’ your satisfaction is our goal. If the item you receive is not as described, you may return it for either merchandise credit or a refund. Please call us or email us first for all returns. You must notify us within 5 business days from receipt of your shipment that you wish to return the merchandise. Once we have authorized the return, we will issue you a return merchandise authorization number,”RMA”. We must receive the return merchandise within 10 business days with the “RMA” clearly marked on the box or carton. There will be no refunds or credits on returns without a prior authorization from Dei-Zinz. Any package shipped back to us without a return authorization will not be accepted but refused and sent back to you. Please repack the product in the original packing materials and carton if you have them. If we receive the merchandise in new, undamaged condition we will issue your refund or credit, typically, in less than 5 business days after inspection of the item or items. We cannot give credit or refunds on products that have been used, damaged, cut or trimmed, or lost in transit back to us. Insuring your product against loss during transit on return merchandise is highly advised by Dei-Zinz.

Refunds or credits will be issued for the merchandise cost, not including shipping. If the item shipped free, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund/credit amount. Packing and Return Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items must be packaged to protect them from damage during shipping.

Restocking Fees and Cancellation Fees

There are no restocking fees for merchandise returned to us with proper authorization and returned in new condition as it was shipped and in accordance with our return policies. Holiday merchandise will have a “cut off” date for acceptable returns. This date will be clearly displayed on available holiday merchandise on the web site. No refunds will be given for holiday items returned after the listed “cut off” date for returns. Items that are Special Order or Custom Design orders will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order will carry a 10% cancellation fee. A cancellation fee will not be charged on orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Privacy Policy

Dei-Zinz’ does not share your information. Any information provided thru our website is used solely for communications and transaction of business between you and Dei-Zinz’.
