Handling Time: Most orders are processed and securely packed within 1 to 3 business days. Custom-built trees or large orders may require additional fabrication time.

Transit Times: Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Carriers: We utilize trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to ensure your items arrive safely. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
2. Return Window & Conditions

30-Day Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, in its original condition, and packed securely in its original packaging.

Custom Orders: Please note that custom-fabricated trees and specialized large-scale floral designs are final sale and non-returnable.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is pre-paid by Dei-zinz'. Proof of purchase required. Returned items must be shipped to:

To return an item, use the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided to ship the item back to Dei-zinz'. Any additional shipping methods or options selected will be at the expense of the customer.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our Scottsdale showroom, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will automatically be credited to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days.
